The Museum square with the Rijks-, Van Gogh-, Stedelijk- and Diamond Museum and behind it the Leidseplein is a 15-minute walk away. If you want to visit smaller special museums, we recommend the Royal Coster Diamonds and MOCO museum.
You can park the car on the street in front of our hotel on the ‘Apollolaan’. The costs are € 5.00 per hour or € 45.00 for a day ticket between 09:00 and 00:00 hours. Please know that you cannot pay with cash, only with credit or a debit card with pin code at one of the machines on the street.
On Sundays, parking is free and please know that you can always make use of the loading and unloading bay in front of our hotel to drop off your luggage.
Public charging stations are available around the hotel for EVs. Charging is possible with a charging card.
Besides the possibility to park the car in front of the hotel on the street we started a special collaboration with Q-Park in order to offer our guests a less expensive alternative.
Via the button below you can reserve a parking place in the garage at the Museum square for € 37.50 per day. This underground garage is located on a 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
Every spring, the Keukenhof opens its doors, offering an experience that no guest should miss. Millions of tulips, fragrances, colours and surprising gardens create a backdrop that you won't find anywhere else. From Apollofirst Boutique Hotel, you can quickly reach the Bollenstreek, where spring is at its best.
Plan your visit well in advance. The Keukenhof works with time slots, and popular days fill up quickly. During your stay, a trip to this famous park is simply part of the Amsterdam spring experience.
In 2026, the Keukenhof will be open from 19 March to 10 May.
Not far from the hotel is the city's largest park: the Vondelpark. In summer, the Open Air Theatre hosts free concerts and performances. A few kilometres away from the hotel is the Amsterdamse Bos.
